3 detained for questioning in Humble double shooting

HUMBLE, TX (KTRK) -- Three people are being questioned in a shooting that sent two people to the hospital in Humble.

The shooting happened around 6:50pm at a townhome complex on Bender Avenue near Township.

Police received calls about multiple gunshots fired in the area and about a woman lying nearby on First Street.

Officers found the woman on the ground with a gunshot wound to the neck. She was transported by Life Flight to a hospital.

Police also found a man who had been shot twice, once in the neck and once in the groin, at the townhomes. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

There is no word on the condition of both victims.

Humble police are investigating both shootings.
