FALL RIVER, MA -- A store owner in Massachusetts has put would-be robbers on notice: He's no easy target. When attacked by a knife-wielding man, he fought back with a knife of his own.
A man tried to rob the store, and it turned into a fierce knife-fight between him and the owner.
According to the owner, the man jumped over his counter and demanded money - swinging a knife.
But the owner had a knife of his own under the counter, and that's when things got really wild.
"I was so scared. I don't know what I'm doing. Then I see the guy hit my head with a knife," the storeowner said. He added that he was shocked that such a brazen attack would happen in broad daylight.
The attacker lost his knife, and that's when the store owner threw it at him along with $300. The guy took off.
Even though the knives got dangerously close to both men, incredibly neither one got hit.
