If any of you have been to a Japanese restaurant or the sushi counter at the grocery store, you've probably seen the Spring Rolls. They come with chicken, shrimp, or even just veggies inside. Now, I never thought about making them because honestly, they looked like too much work! Then, The Nutrition Mom, Stephanie Merchant, told me that they are one of the easiest items to make, especially if I choose a vegetarian roll. So, she's shared with us her five-minute Portabella Spring Rolls, and guess what? They really are easy!

Place pre-cut mushrooms (1 for each Spring Roll you are making) in Braggs Liquid Aminos to marinate

If prefer a softer slaw, warn slightly

Take one spring roll wrapper and submerge in water until pliable (save time by adding the next wrapper to the water while you are wrapping the one that is ready)

Remove and lay wrapper flat

Put slaw and 1 piece of mushroom in wrapper and roll

Continue to make as many as desired
