HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man is in jail facing multiple charges after deputies say they found numerous child sexual assault images on his cell phone and laptop computer.
The Harris County Constable, Pct. 4 High Tech Crimes Unit worked with Homeland Security Investigations and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes against Children Task Force to track down a series of photos posted on a cloud storage account.
The photos led them to the home of Mark David Carbaugh where the same images were discovered on his cell phone and computer. Investigators also located a victim who stated they had been sexually assaulted by the suspect.
Carbaugh now faces five counts of possession of child pornography charges and one count of indecency with a child. He's being held on a $250,000 bond.
