Your cup of joe could be drowning your diet
Freshly brewed coffee study says your cup of coffee could be drowning your diet

Your morning cup of coffee could be drowning your diet.

A newly brewed study from the University of Illinois shows Americans add an average of 69 calories to their coffee.

Those extra calories come from the sugar, cream, half-and-half and other sweeteners people add to their cup of joe.

Those 69 calories may not seem like a lot, but over time it can add up to extra pounds every year.
