Big milestone for those being monitored for Ebola
More than a dozen people are already cleared and more will be at midnight

DALLAS, TX (KTRK) -- Health officials in Dallas say this is the end of a very critical period for some who had contact with Thomas Eric Duncan.

Duncan died October 8. Ebola has a 21-day incubation period for those who had contact with him before that. At midnight, his fiance, Louise Troh, as well as friends and family were given a clean bill of health and allowed to leave home; no more daily temperature readings.

Her pastor says no big transition is planned at this time. They'll stay at that undisclosed location, but be able to come and go.
