Start the day right with these easy breakfast ideas

Back to school breakfast can be the most stressful part of the day. So plan ahead!

Use Sunday as a meal prep day. You can create an assembly line of food that you can freeze.

Here are some ideas:

Overnight Oats
This is a simple recipe. Add oats to a container with milk and other toppings. Put it in the fridge and enjoy the next morning.

Pre-packaged Smoothie Kits
Take a freezer safe bag and make pre-portioned smoothie bags by choosing pre-measured fruits and veggies.

Egg Muffins
Don't have time to whip up fresh eggs in the morning? Don't worry! Use a pie crust as the base and line a muffin pan. Add eggs and toppings and bake. These make for quick, easy grab-and-go breakfasts for the week.

Yogurt Cups
Don't buy pre-made, pre-mixed yogurt. Do it yourself using mason jars. This will help you make it healthier for less money.
