Cheers! Saint Arnold and Eureka Heights rack up awards at annual beer festival

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Bring on the awards for Saint Arnold Brewing Co. and other local breweries at the annual Great American Beer Festival.

Saint Arnold won the midsize brewery of the year and received a first-place gold medal for its Pumpkinator in the pumpkin/squash beer or pumpkin spice beer category. Its Amber Ale and Weedwacker each earned bronze medals.

Eureka Heights, another Houston-based brewery, also won a gold medal for its Buckle Bunny in the American-style cream ale category.
