Ooh La La offering free cupcakes for its 10th birthday

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Did someone say "free cupcakes?"

Head over to Ooh La La Dessert Boutique on the west side of Houston for a free cupcake today.

Ooh La La is giving away free jumbo cupcakes in celebration of the store's 10th birthday. It even created a vanilla funfetti cupcake for the occasion.

The store is limiting one cupcake per person until they run out.

Pastry chef Vanessa O'Donnell opened her bakery in Cinco Ranch off Westheimer Parkway 10 years ago and has since expanded to three locations.

"It has always been a dream of mine to own a bakery, and it is our customers who have helped make it possible. For that I couldn't be more grateful," O'Donnell said.
