Sweet Spot: House of Pies to open location in The Woodlands
THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Life in the Houston area is about to get sweeter. House of Pies plans to open in The Woodlands in May 2018.
It will be in the Pinecroft Shopping Center on 1330 Lake Woodlands Dr., across from The Woodlands Mall.
This will be the fourth restaurant for the chain, which already has locations in Houston on Kirby, Westheimer, and most recently, Fuqua. Like the Fuqua restaurant, House of Pies owner Chuck Ganim says The Woodlands location will be open 24 hours a day and offer the same menu many customers already know well.
The popular diner is known for its variety of homemade pies -- but it's also just as famous for the long lines of people eager to get their hands on the desserts during the holidays.
Ganim adds that work is already underway on the new site.
