Local bartender Alba Huerta shares four delicious holiday cocktails you can create to impress your guests

Tequila Toddy:

  • 1.5oz Tequila Tapatio Blanco
  • .5oz El Candado PX Sherry
  • .5oz Turbinado Sugar
  • Topped With Hot Cinnamon Tea

Build in a Toddy Glass, Add Hot Cinnamon Tea, Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and Lemon twist.

Father Time Punch (Non Alcoholic):

  • 2oz of Whole Milk
  • 2oz of Coconut Milk
  • .5oz Apple Butter
  • .75oz Turbinado Syrup
  • Vanilla Extract

Shake all ingredients until they froth and pour over a glass with ice, grate nutmeg.

Sparkling Julep:

  • 10-12 Mint leaves
  • .5oz Turbinado Syrup
  • .75oz Cognac
  • 3oz of FRV100 Sparkling Gamay

Place Mint and Syrup a the base of the glass, gently press with muddler, add crushed ice. Add FRV100 and stir about 20 times until glass frosts on the outside. Garnish with a mint Sprig.

Stroke of Midnight Collins (Non Alcoholic):

  • 5 Blackberries
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves
  • 1oz of Lemon Juice
  • .75oz Turbinado Syrup
  • 2oz of Water infused in Ginger
  • Topped with Sparkling Water

Shake all ingredient and double strain over ice. Top with Sparkling Water. Garnish with a blackberry, mint sprig and lime wedge.
