ATLANTA, GA -- Authorities say a suburban woman has been arrested area on accusations of filing a false state tax return in Georgia for $94 million.

Georgia Department of Revenue Special Investigations Chief Josh Waites told WSB-TV that Brigitte Jackson of the Atlanta suburb of Cobb County has been charged with attempted theft and conspiracy to defraud the state.

The television station reports that Jackson was arrested at a bank inside a grocery store where investigators told her she could pick up her refund check.

It's not clear if Jackson has an attorney.
