Female Harris Co. jail officer accused of sex with inmate

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A Harris County detention officer is under investigation on allegations of having sex with an inmate.

The 13 Investigates team confirmed no charges were filed, but the alleged incident happened on Sept. 15.

As of Monday, the female employee has been re-assigned to a post where she'll have no contact with inmates.
