HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- It was a historical year for your Houston Astros, and one family is showing their love for the team with a photo shoot of champions.

Erin Crouch and her husband Kevin Crouch, who is a die-hard Astros fan, recently welcomed a new bundle of joy.

Jack is only 1 month old, and he's already the cutest little Astros fan.

"My husband has been the hugest Astros fan his whole life. His father was in the military and they moved all over the country, but his whole family always rooted for the Astros. Kevin put out a plea on Facebook to see if by some small chance anyone would have extra World Series tickets," Erin said.

A high school friend of Kevin's, whom he hadn't spoke to in more than 10 years, told him that she had an extra ticket to game five of the World Series. He was thrilled, of course, and accepted the offer.

But on Oct. 27, Erin was admitted to the hospital for 24-hour monitoring for pre-eclampsia, a pregnancy complication as a result of high blood pressure.

"We were in the hospital watching game three when my water broke. After 20 hours of labor followed by a c-section, Jack was born on October 28th at 8:19 p.m, during game four. Obviously, mommy and daddy were thrilled at Jack's arrival," Erin said.

But with a day old preemie in NICU, this meant that Kevin couldn't go to the World Series game, which ended up being the best one of the series after the Astros won 13-12 in a game that lasted 10 innings.

Jack and Erin were eventually released from the hospital on Nov. 1, just in time for the big win.

A couple of days after the World Series, Erin contacted local photographer Liliana Serna about a newborn photo shoot.

Little Jack represented the World Series champs in the most adorable way.

Jack was all decked out like a little slugger.

He wore an Astros uniform and beanie baseball cap. In some photos, Jack was holding a mini Astros baseball bat.

And those World Series tickets that his dad wasn't able to use were included in the photos as well.

Serna used some of the confetti she brought back from the Astros victory parade downtown and laid out a couple of newspapers of when the Astros won.

And the icing on the cake was the Commissioner's Trophy. She ordered a replica mini trophy, which he was holding in one of the photos.

The proud dad appeared in several of the photos as well, wearing his own Astros jersey and holding his future George Springer.

"We think little Jack was the good luck charm for the Astros and Kevin says he can't wait to sit his son down one day, show him game five, and tell him the whole story," Erin said.

We're hoping the Astros can earn history again for little Jack to see for himself.
