Hocus Pocus Pops returns with a free concert at The Pavilion

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is preparing for its annual Hocus Pocus Pops, combining Halloween activities like haunted train rides with a night out to the symphony Oct. 24.

This year's Halloween-themed event features free mezzanine and lawn seating - tickets are $15 for orchestra seats - for a concert with movie favorites from "Harry Potter," "Star Wars," "The X-Files," "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Frozen," performed by the Houston Symphony at 7:30 p.m.

The night kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with the Great Pumpkin Express Train rides in The Pavilion's Gold Lot. Halloween celebrities, including Dracula and Frankenstein, will be roaming the grounds, available for selfies.
