HOUSTON (KTRK) -- People dream of making it on TV and Monday night, a 10-year-old Houston boy made his big debut on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

De'lijah McAlpin was cast as Ben Carson in a political skit on the ABC late night show.

De'lijah began modeling last year, and he and his sister moved out to Los Angeles in July.

He has already walked on some runways, but his mom said this was his biggest gig yet.

De'lijah was also hired to host a cooking show that will premiere later this year.
