Uncle Jesse is trying to get "Full House" back on television.

John Stamos, who played the character on the 1990's ABC sitcom, is in talks with Warner Bros. TV to reboot the series, TVGuide.com reports.

No other cast members have commented, but the report says Candace Cameron Bure (D.J.), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy) are on board. The report also says Bob Saget (Danny) and Dave Coulier (Joey) will be involved in the show in some way.

The original run of "Full House" still has a lot of fans. Nick at Nite pulls in 1.5 million viewers for its prime-time reruns of the show.

We're not sure if the reboot will ever get off the ground, but at least there are plenty of YouTube clips from the original show to hold you over for now.
