A University of South Dakota student won the Dr. Pepper Challenge and a $100,000 scholarship.

A University of South Dakota student won the Dr. Pepper Challenge and a $100,000 scholarship during the Big Ten college football championship game.

During the halftime of the Wisconsin and Ohio State game, Sawyer Stevens, a medical biology student threw 15 footballs to win the special tuition challenge.

This was one of five tuition competitions that was held during the college football championship games.
