Free career fair happening today in Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Job-seekers can meet with hiring managers today as part of the Choice Career Fair in Houston.

The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza River Oaks at 2712 Southwest Fwy.

Jobs in the fields of education, construction, food and beverage, retail, and other areas will be included in the hiring event.

The event is free, but you must register to be a part of it.
