Lawsuit accuses Halo Top of under-filling pints of low calorie ice cream

Halo Top is fighting back against a lawsuit that suggests the ice cream company is under-filling its pints of low calorie ice cream.
Two California customers are suing Halo's parent company for $5 million, accusing it of swindling consumers.
The CEO denies under-filling pints, but admits product settling can happen during transportation because of heat or altitude changes.
