Arrests made after victims tied up and robbed at gunpoint in Cypress

Suspects arrested in connection with a violent robbery and assault.

CYPRESS, Texas (KTRK) -- Harris County Precinct 4 Constables arrested two men in connection with a violent robbery where they allegedly tied the victims up and demanded money from them.

A third man, 20-year-old Terrance Flax, is still on the run.

Constables executed the arrest warrants at 14600 Timber Cliff Lane Dec. 22.

Investigators say the victims were invited to the residence, but when they got there the suspects tied them up at gun point and forced them to give them money.

Luis Carvajal, 19, was charged with aggravated assault and possession of a controlled substance.

Lenny Vega, 34, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful restraint.

Two other men, Luis Carvajal, Sr., 57, and Marques Branch, 20, were also taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Branch also faces illegal weapons charges.

All of the suspects have been released on bond.

Flax is facing aggravated assault charges. Anyone with information about his wherabouts is urged to call the police.
