It happened on Sky Blue Lane and Summer Mist.
Neighbors say they saw the truck driver speeding before he lost control and the truck hit the corner of the home.
The accident sent debris flying into a bedroom where a woman was sleeping. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance and is expected to survive.
Eyewitness News spoke to the father and 8-year-old daughter who were also inside when this happened.
"I don't know. I was sleeping. I don't know what happened," said homeowner Theodore Macedonio.
"We were yelling at him to slow down, but the weather was starting to get wet with the rain," said neighbor Larry Escamilla. "He turned a corner here and then we heard him slide and we didn't know what was going on."
Neighbors say the driver didn't appear to be intoxicated, but the accident remains under investigation.
