Joey Polk reeled in the massive 11-foot-long mako shark last week with his two cousins off the coast of Florida. It was recorded as the largest mako catch ever.
They said they tried to revive the shark and send it back out to sea, but he was too worn out to swim so they decided to keep him.
Polk is keeping the location of where he caught the shark a family secret.
