They are looking for Alejandro Bautista. The 30-year-old man is accused of attacking a nine-year-old girl near the 15000 block of Bellaire back in November of 2011.
They are not sure if Bautista is still living in the United States.
Anyone who knows his whereabouts are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered in the case.
