Prosecutors say 25-year-old Jessica Dutro abused, tortured and ultimately killed her son, Zachary, in August of 2012. They say she even beat the boy in front of a seven-year-old.
The defense claimed Dutro's boyfriend was responsible for the boy's death. He already agreed to a plea deal in the case.
