Sketches released in shooting of two workers outside Galleria-area restaurant

The suspects are described only as two black males in their early 20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall. Both have thin builds and medium to dark complexion. One of the suspects wore distinctive orange or red colored jeans.

Police have released sketches of two suspects wanted in the shooting of two workers outside a Galleria-area restaurant.

It was around 11:20pm Tuesday when Estela Renteria, 31, and Jose Amador-Vazquez, 20, were in the parking lot after leaving work at Adair Kitchen on Sage near San Felipe. Police say two armed men approached the pair, robbing both of them and assaulting Amador-Vazquez.

Police say the suspects shot both restaurant employees and then fled in an unknown direction.

The suspects are described only as two black males in their early 20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall. Both have thin builds and medium to dark complexion. One of the suspects wore distinctive orange or red colored jeans.

Both of the victims are expected to survive their injuries.
