Suspect in southwest Houston cab driver murder ordered to stay behind bars

HOUSTON

He was ordered to stay behind bars.

Jock Quinn Wilson, 28, is charged with capital murder. According to court documents, he and an accomplice shot and killed cab driver Donalvon Rhyne, 52, in his taxi during a robbery in southwest Houston last week.

Wilson claims it was his accomplice -- Jermaine Palmer -- who pulled the trigger.

The judge denied bond for Wilson.

Palmer, 23, is also in custody. He, too, is charged with capital murder. He has yet to make his first court appearance.
