Firefighters got a call about a pickup crashing into a river bed. When they looked inside the vehicle, they didn't find any humans. Instead, it was Rosco and Luna at the helm, CNN reports.
The owner says he left his two pups inside the running truck for just a couple minutes, but it was long enough for them to knock it into drive.
The truck rolled down a hill, nearly missing oncoming traffic and a few joggers before they crashed into the water.
No one was hurt and the dogs are OK.
Police didn't write a ticket, CNN reports, saying repair costs the owner now faces are enough.
