Nhan "Casper" Pham is one of three people who recently died while trying to cross Bellaire and South Gessner. The area is undergoing heavy construction right now.
The driver who hit and killed Pham has not been arrested.
Loved ones will host a benefit at 1pm today at H&H Saloon on Clay Road and Blalock. Proceeds will go to Pham's family.
The fundraiser will feature car washes, barbecue plates and T-shirts for sale.
