U.S. Postal Service decides to close, relocate five post offices around Houston

HOUSTON

The postal service is relocating the University, Greenbriar, Julius Melcher, Medical Center, and Memorial Park stations.

The postal service has not decided what to do about the Southmore station. Nearby residents are voicing opposition to moving the station that sits on a historic site.

Houstonians have until March 14 to protest the post office relocations.
