They say the man didn't adjust well to the end of his relationship, so he came back to the house on Duane near Tareyton he once shared with his girlfriend and shot her, along with two other people.
Police say it started when the man tied up his ex-girlfriend at gunpoint. Her adult daughter came home and that's when the suspect also tied her up.
One of the daughter's friends heard noise inside the house and when he knocked on the door, no one answered. So he kicked in the door and came face to face with the gunman.
Police say the suspect shot the male friend in the back. A bullet grazed the daughter's head. The suspect also shot his ex-girlfriend in the face.
A neighbor noticed what was happening and called police. The suspect escaped and remains on the run.
All three victims were taken to the hospital and are expected to survive.
