John Derek Darnall, 32, was arrested without incident Saturday morning. Authorities say they had surrounded his home in the 2200 block of Roy Road and spent several hours trying to negotiate with him before they threw a chemical agent into the home to get him out.
Darnall was wanted in connection to a robbery in the 2100 block of San Antonio Avenue in Pearland.
He is being held at the Pearland Jail on a robbery charge. His bond has been set at $80,000.
