The chase ended around 1am on Corpus Christi at Uvalde after the driver of a GEO Metro refused to pull over for a traffic violation.
Police say the vehicle did not have working brake lights and had an expired tag. The driver took off, leading police on a chase for 10 minutes before all three men inside decided to bail out and take off on foot.
Police arrested one passenger but the other two got away.
