It happened around 4:45pm outside a home in the 10000 block of Jennifer in Willis.
According to investigators, the two-year-old was backed over by a Dodge 2500 driven by the father.
The toddler was transported by ground to Conroe Regional Medical Center and later pronounced dead.
Investigators said this appears to be a tragic accident. No charges are expected.
