Montgomery County Sheriff's Office beefing up patrols after man gets robbed at gunpoint at park

THE WOODLANDS, TX

It happened around 1:20pm Friday in the 2100 block of Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands.

A man told police he was on the bike pathway in the northeast corner of Town Green Park when a man came up to him, showed what he thought was a gun, and demanded his wallet.

The victim says he handed over the wallet and the suspect took off.

The suspect was described as a young adult black male, reportedly wearing a red hoodie.
