Object of affection finds 11-page love poem creepy

OGDEN, UT

A federal appeals court in Utah has reinstated a sexual harassment lawsuit against the former Utah judge who wrote the poem to his clerk. The Standard-Examiner of Ogden reports the appeals court ruling reverses a decision by a district judge to kick the lawsuit.

The poem written by Craig Storey to Marcia Eisenhour in 2007 says in part: "I'd love to harvest your sweet grapes." Storey also calls Eisenhour the "most gorgeous thing alive."

The judge who dismissed the case had ruled Storey never meant for his clerk to see the lengthy poem.
