The man investigators are looking for is Jose Alejandro Perez, aka 'Alex.' Investigators say he fatally shot Shelly Wilson, 28, on September 28 in the 2004 block of Fry Road.
Wilson was reportedly driving his pickup southbound on Fry Road and had stopped in the intersection at Tounglake Drive. That's where investigators say he encountered Perez, who was in a 2010 black Ford F-150 with two other people inside.
Apparently a verbal altercation ensued, which escalated to gunfire. Wilson was shot and investigators say Perez fled the scene.
Perez should be considered armed and dangerous.
