The Houston Texans Cheerleaders recorded their most recent "Freestyle Friday" YouTube video at the Forum at Memorial Woods assisted living facility on North Post Oak in Houston.
The cheerleaders started a dance line and were joined by a few of the residents. Some of the seniors really showed the young dancers how it's done with their hip moves.
