Search for Missouri fugitive moves to Houston

HOUSTON

Cray Eugene Williams, 26, fled Kansas City on November 9 after he was charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana, according to Houston FBI officials. Officials say Williams probably has "considerable assets from his illegal activities" and may be using false IDs to evade capture.

While Williams has ties to Las Vegas and Los Angeles, officials say he has children, relatives, friends and associates in the Houston area and has been known to visit the Katy, Cypress and Spring. That's why the FBI is partnering with Clear Channel Outdoor and Crime Stoppers to help catch him.

Williams is described as a 5 feet 9 inches, 220 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on both hands, both wrists, and the letters "MGB" tattooed on his neck.

Anyone with information about Williams should call Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477) or the Houston office of the FBI at 713-693-5000. Tips may also be submitted to Crime Stoppers online at www.crime-stoppers.org, or sent by text message: text TIP610 plus your tip to CRIMES (274637). All tipsters remain anonymous.

Clear Channel Outdoor is donating the company's billboard space as a public service to the community.
