The turnout for the runoff elections is expected to be much smaller than the November elections. That means those who actually show up and vote are going to have a huge and possibly deciding influence on who fills which seats.
There are runoff races for at-large positions 2 and 3 along with districts A, D and I.
there are also runoff races for the trustee positions at HCC.
