Pie lovers bundled up outside the Flying Saucer in north Houston overnight.
"We are here to wait in line for pies for thanksgiving," said one customer Malene Marquez.
"My family, we're not bakers or cookers. Baking has never been high on the agenda so having the next best thing to homemade is why we come," said customer Yolanda Rios.
"We treat it like a tailgate party because we've being doing it for 10 years," said pie customer Daniel Lopez. "My fiancée thinks I'm crazy but I have been doing this for a long time and we have kept it as a tradition."
The restaurant won't open until 7am but many people have been camped out since 7pm last night.
