Detroit man turns to CPR dummies to protect his home from criminals

A man in Detroit found a unique way to protect his home from criminals after he experienced several break-ins.

He found that sensor lights, bars on the windows and two dogs were not enough to keep burglars at bay, so he came up with something more effective. He placed CPR dummies on his porch to guard the house.

"This is my home. This is my castle," said the homeowner, who didn't want to be identified. "You got to drive around the corner a couple of times to realize that they're dummies. You may see them and get past them, but once you get past them you got to deal with the problem that's in the house. And that's me."

Police have even stopped by to question him about the dummies and he says they like the idea.
