We told you last week Micheal McIntosh was arrested in the case. The parents of one of his alleged victims filed a lawsuit for mental anguish as well as pain and suffering.
Police say 17-year-old Chelsea Taylor recruited girls from school in Clear Creek ISD to go to McIntosh's home to perform sexual favors for money.
Court documents show the girls called him "Money Mike."
Some of the girls were as young as 14 years old.
