One juror thinks man not guilty in dad's death

SAN ANTONIO, TX

Jurors on Tuesday night reported they were not able to agree on a verdict in the San Antonio trial of 30-year-old Kyle Miller. The San Antonio Express-News reports jurors deadlocked 11-1 in favor of a guilty verdict.

Attorneys for Miller have said the April 2011 stabbing of 53-year-old Francis Davis was self-defense as the men allegedly fought about money. Prosecutors say Miller, who was living with his father, went into the kitchen, grabbed a knife and attacked Davis.

Prosecutors did not immediately provide information on a possible retrial.
