Two Houston areas make list for best places to trick or treat

So where's the best neighborhood to score the best candy on Halloween?

A national real estate firm, ZipRealty, has come out with the 15 best zip codes for trick or treating and Bellaire, Texas, comes out on top.

The company says it made the list from home sales, prices and dynamic families likely to hand out the best candy.

Bellaire is tops, followed by rich neighborhoods in Boston and Chicago and New York, but Spring Branch is number five.

The top 15, according to ZipRealty:

San Jose, CA/Los Gatos, Monte Sereno
New York City/Westchester County, Rye
Houston/Spring Branch East, Spring Valley Village, Hilshire Village
