Frank "Bucky" Rizzuto has pleaded guilty to stealing more than $300 worth of parking meter change. He was the Monessen city treasurer for 26 years.
Detectives say he even pulled $6.50 in stolen parking meter quarters from his pocket as he confessed.
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports he's been sentenced to a year on probation and must repay the money.
