Guillermo Rodriguez, 22, was in court on Thursday, charged with injury to a child. He's being held without bond.
The alleged incident happened in August, but the parents didn't take the baby to a doctor until a month later. The baby had injuries consistent with shaken baby syndrome, including brain swelling and a fractured rib.
