Texas is ignoring a new NFL policy that bans off-duty law enforcement officers from carrying guns into stadiums, and now police officers in other states want to do the same.

The head of the Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police disagrees with the new NFL policy. He says stadiums will be more secure if officers are allowed to keep their guns.

But the NFL says there are enough security personnel at stadiums to handle any problems that may arise.
