Police say Daniel Damian, 62, used red and blue lights on his vehicle to pull over a woman on Tuesday. He allegedly identified himself as a city of South Houston police officer and showed her a badge.
The victim recognized the badge as a fake and called the real police, who then tracked down Damion to his home.
Authorities have not released information on a possible motive.
