Suspect charged in assault of La Mafia's Oscar De La Rosa outside Houston nightclub

HOUSTON

Jared Avila is charged with misdemeanor assault.

According to court documents, Avila punched La Mafia front man Oscar De La Rosa in the face at the Blur night club back in May.

A witness identified Avila from a photo lineup.
